Inaugurated on Memorial Day in 1979, this event has been run at Keystone Race Track, renamed Philadelphia Park in 1985. From 1981 on, the number of the horse on the front is the same as the number of the running (#3 is on the 3rd running glass, etc.); the saddlecloth on the inaugural glass is #2, and the second edition has no horse, just text.
